About the Congress

ICOOLAW Congress at Bled connects law, data protection, technology and practice.

Our goal is to bring together legal professionals, data protection experts, representatives of institutions and companies, and professionals who want to understand how modern regulation is applied in practice.

ICOOLAW was created with the idea of gathering professionals who expect more than a traditional expert event. From its first edition, the Congress was designed as a place where legal professionals from the judiciary, public sector, legal practice, business, academia, data protection, institutions and companies could meet and exchange knowledge.

Over the years, the Congress has followed the most important challenges of modern law and business — from the pandemic and digitalisation, through information technologies and GDPR, to the AI Act and the practical use of artificial intelligence in legal work.

Today, ICOOLAW Congress at Bled brings together legal professionals, data protection experts, representatives of institutions and companies, and professionals who want to understand how law, technology and regulation are changing in practice.
